Must I be a registered user to enjoy this site?

No you don’t, but to be able to leave a review for your favorite business, to save a list of your favorite businesses and/or to build a listing, you will need to register. Registration takes about 20 seconds!

How to I search for businesses in my area?

Simply use the search form and indicate the type of business you’re looking for and the city you live in. You will be given a list of businesses closest to your search criteria.

How do I sign on to be a registered user?

On the top right hand corner of the site, you will see the REGISTER button. Click on that and complete the fields (Username, Email, Password). We will send you an email to confirm your registration. Voila!

How do I claim a listing?

Once you register to be a user, login into your account. Click on the listing you would like to claim and click on the CLAIM LISTING button. From there follow the basic instructions. Our admin team will approve your claim from our backend and you’ll be good to go with your very own listing.

There’s no category that suits my business type?

If you feel there is no appropriate category that your business can be listed under, please contact us and we will happy to assist.

How can my listing get more visibility and stand out from the others?

People like listings with useful information (not one that is too cluttered). Build a solid description of your business and remember to include pictures and graphics where you can. Adding the right contact information and all the correct links for your social media pages are crucial too.

Can you tell me a little more about this upgrade feature?

There are two main upgrade features for listing to enjoy greater visibility.

1. Feature on homepage for 60 days
2. Feature on Category for 60 days

Both these features cost only USD $60.00 each.

The easiest way to upgrade is during the listing building process. Simply add this feature on the checkout process and follow the simple instructions. This will take you to a Paypal payment page.

If your listing is already live, you can always come back at a later stage and click on the UPGRADE LISTING button under your listing. From there follow the same method as above.

If I chose not to upgrade, will my listing always be FREE?

Yes, of course.

How can I get an article feature written about me and my business?

We offer “Mompreneur Marketing Packages” which includes bespoke content & article creation. These packages will include featuring your business on our Homepage and more.

I see your website is based in Singapore so are most of your web viewers from Asia or do you have international audience too?

Yes, we started out in Singapore and have now opened up the directory to a larger international audience. Our plan is to turn Mompreneur 360 into a global platform for Mompreneurs all around the world.

Our Marketing & Audience Development team have been busy aggregating global traffic and the interest we have received from Mompreneurs from every corner of the world has been heart-warming!

Can I contribute an article to this blog?

The short answer is Yes (as long as it’s a non-promotional piece). If you fancy yourself as a writer (subject matter expert) and feel that you have a topic that can inspire and educate our members then please drop us a line at [email protected] – we would love to hear from you!

I’m not a Mompreneur, can I still list my business?

Even-though the main objective of this directory and platform is to connect Mompreneurs with each other, and more importantly showcase their businesses to a wider global audience where people can come and learn about some great small businesses, we also welcome non-Mompreneur businesses to list. Our Listings Manger will approve your listing if you offer a service or product that can ‘help Mompreneurs become more successful with the business”.

    I am trying to edit my business listing that I just claimed but there is not Edit button anywhere on the my business listing page and your FAQ did not mention how we could edit existing profiles. Need to update address and FB address.

    Hey there,

    I just signed up with you, and trying to do a listing, but it keeps telling me “The uploaded file cold not be moved to wp-content/uploads/2016/01” and “Please make sure you are uploading a valid gallery file type.” My files are all .jpg so I am not sure what the problem is. I have done this numerous times already, and it doesn’t work. What am I doing wrong? Help!
